ITC Incorporated maintains high quality standards through multiphase product testing. By investing in testing equipment and obtaining certified outside listings, ITC’s product line represents a cohesive quality analysis. ITC’s products undergo testing procedures such as a burn-in test, salt spray & light sphere testing. Products are also listed by listing agencies such as CSA, UL, ETL, and NSF when applicable.
In addition to testing, ITC audits all new vendors for capability including production, skill capacity and quality organizational structure with ITC-US personnel visits. In addition, quarterly audits are performed on existing vendor factories to promote continuous improvements and ensure ITC’s levels of customer service commitment are being achieved. All aspects of product manufacturing are carefully evaluated and monitored to ensure our customers are continually receiving the high quality products they’ve come to expect.
